Does my 2 cents grade at a fine to very fine?

Just writing some grades for my coins. If Im not exactly sure about, ill be asking here. All the greatest information.

I would say it's a VF. The "WE" is worn off, but other details are visible.

 

The "we" didn't last long on these.

@Shrews1994 Way outside my wheelhouse, but what is the mark between United and States?

 

A dent... It has some nicks and dings so thats why curious on what it would grade. What do you mean about way outside my wheelhouse lol?

 

The color looks funny to me...but it could be the lighting.
