    This may be why I am not a big Barber collector..... Where are you guys seeing this much wear??

    @Randy Abercrombie, I took a longer, much closer look. Ignore my post #6. I like the reverse better than the obverse, 55 rev/53 obv. I like the color and many would likely give 58 money for it.

    True to your form, the pictures kill luster to bring out the color, assuming there was luster to begin with.

    I’d guess AU-53/55.

    This one has been confounding to me. I am not a Barber guy. Other than heavy toning, grime in the hair and one to two bag dings on the obverse, I simply do not see the wear. I am going to make a fool of myself and call it an MS coin.

    Ah well, if we had it in hand the opinions would be closer. :cigar:
    On my phone the surfaces look circulated and absolutely stripped of luster but no real wear, so a tough call.
