Either Grandma rolled up her loose change, someone out there that is kicking themselves for redeeming these at the local bank, or maybe this was in a vault for sometime before being throw out to the teller. When the teller put the rolls onto the counter and I saw the ends, I had to ask for another couple of rolls if possible. Sadly, all she had left were regular stuff. No matter. One solid roll of 1964/1964-D Quarters and a mix of Mercury and Roosevelt dimes. I dunno, but getting over $200 worth of silver for $15 from the bank makes me happy. Think i'll keep it for abit.
Cool, dude. I had that happen about 15 years ago with a roll of dimes- Barbers, Mercurys, and Roosevelts. It is still the best find I've ever had. Congratulations!
type B reverse used the proof die - look at the E and S in STATES. if the S has a more squared look and is close to the E than it's a type B and eventually will command a higher price. here is another marker for the type B reverse http://coin-shop.com/typebwash.html -steve
