2008 Presidential Proof dollars

I just received an e-mail from the US Mint that they will start processing subscriptions in 4 weeks.

Just received my 2008 presidential proof set in the mail today. Anyone else got theirs yet?

 

I've seen them in the Denver Mint's gift shop for about the last month. They got them out realyl quickly compared to last year.

I'm holding out for the full proof set to become avaialble though lol... don't see any point in getting the president dollars and quarters individually (in proof at least; I do get a good business strike of each for my collection.)

 

Got ours in the mail just a few minutes ago!:hail: Along with our 2007 P&D uncirculated set. Waiting for our 2007 first wives bronze medallion set. My daughter is going to be crazed when she gets home from school today.

 

My fiance and I are also waiting until the full proof set comes out.

 

You people that order from the US mint are brave souls. I venture not to order from them again after my 2006 SF mint dollar, the packaging sucks. Now I hear about all sorts of shipping issues etc. and I wonder why punish myself. If I really must have it I will buy it aftermarket, when it is usually cheaper anyway.

 

mine is still "in stock and reserved" got my email a while ago.

 

Sounds like I need to just get stuff from the Mint's kiosk in Union Station in Washington DC, their shipping seems wonky lately
