    Picture is very blurry, but it looks like a large date. Clearer pictures would be a help.

    Welcome to CoinTalk @Rcs coins -

    Yep, that 8 appears to be hanging below the bottom of the 2 and the 1 which is a clue I use to determine whether my 1982 "penny" is probably a large date. Also, as I posted in your other post about this coin, you might find this helpful, as I have. I keep it handy.
