1985 p Dime rpm ?

Found this dime wondering if this would be considered a rpm or a p/p ? Also curious about the rim & faded letters in & we ?

You really need to use the upload file tab next to post reply. Then once the photos are uploaded click full size photo. These little attached photos aren't very easy to see.

That is another form of doubling on the MM, not an RPM.
