I'm looking to find out, who, if any country, minted a gold proof Maria Theresa coin.
The coin has a bust portrait of Maria Theresa, with the familiar royal abbreviations surrounding it.

Belgium. 100 Ecu, 1989. KM-175. 1.00 ounce. Mintage 2,000 struck.

 

Ah, the ecu...the pre-euro euro! I'm surprised no one at Knights could get an ID on this one; those cats are world coin nuts over there!
