This weekend ANoob & I attended the Liberty Coin Show in West Haven, Connecticut. A mutual friend met us at the show & gave us each a meteorite. ANoob got a piece of iron meteorite from the big crater in Arizona & I received a more common rock type (basically star-dust from the beginning of the Universe). It’s not everyday that someone just hands you a meteorite. I'll post photos in the Rock & Mineral thread. Now to the coins: This first acquisition is pretty old.
