    I founded in pocket change this coin 1990 D . I am not sure If is it error. Blistering is considering . Maybe Abe got chickenpox, Let me know , thank you

    I agree- ordinary coin. And, your poll didn't give any options to vote on.
    Maybe and perhaps are synonyms. Try inputting- "Error? or Not error?" for example into your poll when you set it up.

    But this is not common such surface on coins. Most of surface are very smooth , right

    There are numerous, but minor, copper plating
    'bubbles' on the cent.

    Not really an error, more of an anomaly.
    This is a fairly common look on these
    copper-coated zinc planchets.

    Surface of Lincoln penny has to be smooth on the top or not ??? And not with blistering surface ??

    Yes, normal Lincoln cents are smooth- metal fatigue is not typical. However, what occurred on your coin occurs on many others, and does not give it a premium.
