1973D LMC Rev Memorial lump between columns

    So this 1973 D is similar to the 83 I posted but if you say plating blister pulling away from the zinc here, your just not trying.. Lol...yea so on the Rev between the first few columns is raised mound that looks like it wasnt struck properly. Any clue whats going on here? Thanks again ladies and gentlemen....

    Ooohhh....that could be interesting...i honestly have a tough time id ing them unless theyre stupid obvious...did you by any chance see my post with the 83 paddyman? Same thing maybe?

    Hey. So to anyone that might come across this thread, the correct answer to what is going on with this 73d lmc is something called a " Recurring die subsistance error"....NOT a clash...known to have happened on tbese 73d cents and 88p nickels....found this info on error reference .com....thanks yall!!!
