It has cracks in certain points of the reverse of the coin. Anyone have any idea what they are for sure? What is the cause? Is it worth keeping?

When a Die is reaching its limit they become worn. Cracks form on the Die and when a Blanck Planchet is struck Die Cracks form. That is when the metal flows into the crack on the Die. Very minor errors. No premium.
You can keep them as an educational coin.

They are die cracks. Cracks from the corners of the memorial are very common because the deep impression and sharp corners cause a lot of stress build up in those areas, so that is where the dies tend to fail.
