Oh it may have a little more value because it is uncut.
    Steve in tampa would know.

Its somewhat of a unique item, being uncut maybe worth a few more
Dollars over face, just depends who is looking for it and what there
    willing to spend.

A brand new $1: 20-Note Sheet goes for $43 from the mint.

What you have is genuine. Being an uncut sheet it can be worth $10-$15. (Don't cut them and spend them!)

Uncut sheets of banknotes with high serial numbers were (and still are) sold to collectors.

Since they are circulated, they are good for wrapping a small present.

Cool item. It will have lost some of the marketabilty/value due to the folds. Condition, condition, condition.

If it was brand new and crisp in one of those hardback folders they usually come in to display it.. then it would have more value.
The sheet in question has folds and even a weird stain right in the middle.
It is worth only $4.00 IMHO

Currency sheets, in every denomination are available from the BEP through the Mint website. Typically, collectors do not fold them and most, if not all of the numismatic value evaporates when this happens.

It’s real money, and it’s still possible that someone may give you more than face value, but not much more because of condition.
