Barr I picked up is in VF condition I'd say. As for the star, my buddy got it in change from the United Nations gift store(yes, a school field trip) so I just traded him one dollar. Value and amount made would be excellent!! Thanks for lookin
Barr notes might not be worth a whole lot, but i love finding them! the age alone make them exciting - to me anyway Nice finds!
The Barr Notes were signed by the Secretary of the Treasury, Joesph Barr. They are only a little rare, but they were only printed for around 28 days and then stopped, because Barr was only a temporary secretary. Hope that helps!

criminey! a barr star!!! very nice! that is certainly a keeper. and, like you, i keep most everything i get that looks interesting. my collection is like a black whole - unless i buy somethign strictly with the intent of re-selling it - everything that enters my collection, never ever leaves I have got virtualy worthless stuff from when i was younger, that if anything has gone down in value, and still cant part with it oh!
