Need Help with 2 Roman Provincials - Aelia Capitolina?

    I just got 2 Roman Provincials, and I am not exactly sure where to start. I thought they might be Arabia Bostra, at first, but what I can make out of the inscriptions does not seem to line up with this attribution. Aelia Capitolina?

    Both feature Serapis (or Zeus Ammon?) on one side, an Emperor's bust on the other. The larger one is 20mm and 7.32 grams (left); the smaller one is 17mm 6.04 grams.

    I was wondering if anybody out there could at least get me started in the right direction. Many thanks!

    That was my guess as well. Elagabalus and/or Caracalla?
