Howdy Folks, I was going thru some my 1995 Lincoln errors today to put up on ebay and came across this one. On a previous post I listed one much like this but this one is different pics are of actual coin with the exception of last pic however it is same on all coins. I am a little under the weather right now but took the best pics I could..lighting--angle and such. This coin has Double 5 in date..Spliline Double on Lincolns face--Die Gouge on reverse at ST in STATES--Orange Peel on reverse and blister plating. This coin has all that too (blister plating not as much) but I found that this coin also has the same Spliline Double on reverse on ONE CENT and a die gough under 5 in date. The die gouge on reverse is on all 100 or so coins..the gouge under 5 is on about half..the Spliline reverse? still looking but have found a couple others..orange peel on all..blister plating on most and to different degrees... My question is do you think the reverse is also Spliline or something else? Also is there a variety listing for this coin? I would also like to thank Mike Diamond and all others for there rendered thoughts and opinions I have learned a lot from all of you..Thank you, Jerry

Looks like the type of "doubling" that is caused by the shifting of design due to the plating moving during the strike. Pretty common on post 1982 lincs.
I completely forget what it's called and I could be very wrong.

    strike doubling.
    or: Mechanical doubling.
