The obverse letters are too large to be MI525C-1a, and the reverse should have JACKSON HALL/BLOCK/JACKSON,/MICH.

This token is MI525C-3a. It has an R9 (2-4 known) rarity rating, but the Fulds blew it on the rating of this token. I have seen quite a few and have 3 of them myself. Kanzinger's guide also reflects this in the values assigned: $20 F/VF, $25 XF, and $50 in Unc. Some of the tokens with more common ratings from this same merchant have much higher values. These values are from 2002, and are now on the low side as cwts have had strong price increases recently. Jackson, Michigan has a T1+ town rating, indicating that tokens from this town are very easy to find.
