This may be your big opportunity: 2EA SCRAP INTAGLIO PRINTING PRESSES Just don't forget the five large moving trucks to load everything out...
The scrap value is the only thing worth to make a profit. But then you have to take into consideration hauling it out and paying a few guys to help. Bids are up to $80.00 now with less than 2 hours to go.
150,000 lbs. It's a tad too heavy for a F-150 pickup bed. Might need a trailer. I like the statement ... " THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN BROKEN DOWN AND MUST BE REMOVED BY 3/27/2019, NO EXTENSION CAN BE GIVEN" so .. what happens if they can't get it moved in 14 days? Do they throw it to the curb for trash pickup instead ?
This auction is messing around.. Every time it goes down to a few minutes I refresh the page and they keep adding time. What the heck? I had it down to less than 2 minutes. Then I checked and it went back to 9 minutes. This occurred 4 times! Just happened again.. with less than 2 minutes left I refreshed the page and then it shows 9 minutes left. I would be really angry if I was bidding! Maybe there is a reserve they want to meet? Oh.. I just read the website rules.. it states *Possible extension. See Bidding rules.
Yeah, given that you have to have a "yes we know how to recycle big chunks of trash" certificate, and given that it's going to take at least five moving trucks to haul this off (not to mention the personnel to load, transport, and unload it), it seems like it'll bring a lot more expense than profit. I don't think there's any prospect of reusing any part of the equipment. It's already been broken down for removal, and I think the emphasis there is on "broken".
I used to know a lady in fort worth texas, back in mid 80s.Her man was doing federal time for counterfeiting. I heard lots of stories of their exploits, before he got caught.Nothing is worth losing your freedom, nothing.
Probably missing that grease fitting on the back side and some printing plates. PROBABLY made some list just clicking on the post Had a discussion with one of the collectors on these silver certificates Asking how he knew they were genuine. wouldn't take much to add the letter.
The 1935A $1 SC R & S Experimentals were defined within a specific serial number range. You might fool some, but anyone knowing the serial number range would know they were fakes. The "R" notes were serial numbered S70884001C through S72068000C and *91176001A through *91188000A, and the "S" notes were numbered S73884001C through S75068000C and *91188001A through *91200000A.
