If the obverse would of been either stage A or B . It would of been a cherrypicker coin ( FS-501 ) . But since there's a die crack coming of the mint-mark . That makes it at least stage D .. Obverse had a die change at stage C .
Oh cool. The die crack can only be seen in a certain light. If I took a regular picture of it without that light being in the right spot it's not there. Very faint.
There should be quite a few die cracks on the reverse of that coin . I put some arrows to these ones I noticed . Here's the markers for stage D on the reverse . Stage D: Die crack from dome to rim through mintmark and the Left leg of the 2nd U of PLURIBUS – LDS Die crack South-Southeast from Right dome Die crack top Right building to rim Die crack bottom Right building to rim Die crack bottom Left building to rim Die crack North-South in hair extends to rim at K-12:00 – LMDS
Is this normal ddo-ddr-rpm like happens normaly in1944D year? Or not normal to have all 3 dies like this?
There is a MDO for this year . I've seen the MDO and your coin isn't it ( MDO ) . It's also very rare for any coin, to have all three varieties on it .
I'm not sure on what it's worth . I've never seen one, like your coin . I would send it to Mr. wiles ( coneca ) ... He's the best .......
