Yes it's a WAM, it hasn't been cleaned or scrubbed with anything. What about the G in God? Its raised where the Mark's are in the pics. The pics kinda suck sorry. Does the pillars on the building on reverse side look right to yall. New to the coin world but learning

 

The 2000 is the most common of the WAM's.
