    MS66BN for sure, 67BN happens but more rarely. BN coins can still have excellent luster even if it’s not as flashy as a blazing red- they can also tone beautifully. :)

    The highest graded PCGS LWC in BN is 67BN. Yours could go either way BN or RB. I don't think it is a 67 though.

    This 1942-D is a 66RB for comparison sake.

    Nice find, looks mint state! It's a pretty strong MAD too.

    EDIT - Take that back, the obverse is also misaligned! it's a true off-center error coin! It's only off a tiny bit (5%) but..... Awesome find!
