Two PMG Graded Obsolete Notes from Meadville, PA

    I got a huge collection of obsolete notes nearly a year ago, and sold most raw on eBay. Two of them, ones I couldn't find much info at all about, I sent in to have graded. Both are from Meadville PA. Anyone have any info?

    Thanks. The $5 having artwork on the reverse is very rare for obsolete notes. Most just had obverse printing.
