Meow just wanted all to know, as the Quarter says so; That Jobeth loves Timothy. And apparently 4 ever. So says the quarter.

Interesting love token you found, Meow. One of the more "modern" versions.

 

But if it was 4 ever, why was is spent? Could it have been a token for wedding guests, or family?

Meow did find a quarter stamped R.Thies a while back. Looked it up on the net, and found a page claiming it was made by R.Thies's parents who worked at the Mint. And they where fired and arrested for doing so, and spent some time in prison. The story seem a bit too wild, and Meow does not really believe it.

 

Why ask me? It wasn't mine.

As for the R. Thies that does seem to be a strange story.
