I have accumulated a bunch of Clad Ike’s mostly AU-BU. Is there any market for bulk Clad Ike’s. It looks like they sell for around $1.10 on eBay. So, I would net less than face value.

Unless someone is cherry picking for the different types, mostly not.

Honestly..... Not too many years ago I had quite a stack of circulated Ike’s that were consuming too much room in my safe. I finally resorted to leaving them on restaurant tables as tips. They are doomed to face value because they are clad and I don’t see that changing in the foreseeable future.

I have a nice stack of them too. I may try that strategy

Using them on a Black jack table is always fun. Some dealers will buy them off the table to keep. Others have rejected them saying they don't take other casino's tokens...until I point out they're money.

It’s really sad to think about turning the tubes of BU coins in at the bank for face value. There are even tubes of Clad Proofs. I’ll probably save the plastic tubes for “real” silver dollars. I’m just surprised there aren’t any dealers or collectors hoarding Ike’s yet since they are not in general circulation anymore. Lesson learned! Thank you everyone!
