Looks like prison tattoos.

It would be more pleasing if the artist had used an attractive female as a model.

that is absolutely amazing! sure, the modle is not all that attractive - but the artwork is just stunning!

Id hang it on my wall but then again I have sheets of currency all over the wall as it is

 

I'd use it as wallpaper in the computer room. Then I'd lose custody of the dog in a drawn out legal battle.
