1958 D wheat penny. Is this a true ddo/ddr??

    i found this coin in my change last night and I noticed what I think is doubling just by looking at it, but I’m not sure if it is real doubling or machine doubling? Any and all info is appreciated. Thank you.

    I looked at all of your pictures really good.. I don't see anything but circulation wear. It might have a bit of die deterioration doubling which is from a worn die strike. That would be worthless doubling.

    Circulation doubling? it clearly looks like a separate letter above the original ones? I can be mistaken, but I will wait for more opinions.

    I agree with paddyman98. There may be a bit of die deterioration doubling. Very common and no extra value. Nice images.

    I meant two separate things..
    Circulation wear and Deterioration Doubling.

    I got a 1958 D wheat back yesterday it's pretty I thought it was a newer penny. It's shiny
