lamination error? 1963-D Cent Reverse

    found this while searching through a roll of bu 1963-D cents. I actually found 3 of them and a few that look like they were struck through grease. The metal looks like it is peeled from the bottom of the far right column.

    Opinions?

    That would be my guess as well. Lamination.

    The defect looks raised in your photo. If that's the case, it would be tiny die chip.
