I found this the other day in a roll. I thought about gently cleaning the black off the face to see what's under it but thought i should get a few opinions first. Is it interesting and dont clean, or worthless so go ahead and clean the black away? Any ideas why this is punched and the obverse looks like it was punched twice or so? I thought either someone doing it in a garage or maybe a QA punch number for bad coins.
It almost looks like Lincoln has an extra shoulder? But obviously intentional and nothing to do with the mint. Do with it as you please...
