    It's hard to rely on the "soft" Liberty when the coin is only VG to begin with. The softness is probably just wear. So you can only rely on the 7 at that point. If it was higher grade it would be easier to determine. Best case scenario you have a low grade 70S which isn't worth all that much anyway.
