2002 Louisiana Quarter Error

    Is this the cause of all the doubling on the obverse and reverse too?

    If there is doubling on there, then I cant see it. Either try to take better pictures, or explain where the doubling takes place.

    This was a poor strike to begin with, with a deteriorated die which is causing you to see die deterioration doubling. The rest is damage from a rough circulation life. Not an error and the rest is damage.
