@Southernman189 , is there a reason your photos do not show the entire note ?

 

yes my coin camera doesn't take larger pictures and I am not a cell phone nut (I never have had one) just never wanted or need one. I have a camera I use to take larger pictures when the mood hits me.

 

So is the entire reverse like that ? or just that section ?

 

Looks like discoloring typical of chemical treatment. The green ink looks pale yellow which is not typical of insufficient inking. Without a real picture, it is impossible to say, but not passing the veracity test based on that image.

 

Shame about the front being miscut. I can't tell if that was done at or after the BEP. The yellowish ink color instead of green raises questions with me about it being a genuine inking error.
