Lincoln Cent-1989-D Need Wisdom!?

    Hello , i was hoping to seek the wisdom of experts as to what is going on with my 1989-D Cent. Photos are attached the best pics i could produce, They probably are not the best. Please let me know what you think, photos just cant describe like i see under the loop. Any help to what you all see is appreciated on this obverse. Thank you in advance as I know you all will be able to assist me.
