2006 D Quarter ¿Doubling?

    The obverse has a half ring. On the reverse, Screenshot_20190227-232849_Gallery.jpg Screenshot_20190227-233426_Gallery.jpg Are the horses supposed to have legs like that? Also the horse on the bottom left seems to have a sun on its chest.

    The circle on the front is from a rolling machine, damage.
