1980 Lincoln Cent PMD? Or dropped 1 maybe?

    I'm wondering if my 1980 Lincoln Cent is the result of post mint damage or could it possibly be a dropped number or real error? Any insight is very much appreciated.

    PMD counterstamp. You can see the bulge on the reverse.
