Picked this up for my set at a recent show. I know its pretty worn, but for this date/mint I was still pretty happy to pick it up.

Oh by the way, opinions on grade and/or value would be welcome and appreciated.

    Looks a lot like mine.
Because the rims are essentially gone and many of the letters are merged into the edge, I'd call it AG-3.

    Leadfoot there is no spoon

I'd grade it G-4. Not sure of value.

nice coin, its one of the walkers I need to finish mine

it would go at least good and I do see detail in the feathers, also no rim dings which is always a plus

I would grade it at Good-4. I would value is at about $120 tp $130 Dollars. I saw one at my local dealers shop the last time I went in. He had his listed at $150.00.

Thanks guys. The dealer had it listed as VG, but my opinion is that its a pretty nice G-4. There were actually alot of this date at the show, and I looked at every dealers table. I finally settled on this one for $98. And I didn't even have to haggle. I'm pretty happy with it. Having already added the 1938-D to my set a while back, my big hurdle remaining is those pesky 21's.
