Is this a repeater?

    No pictures yet (I will post later if people want to see), but I was wondering if this counts as a repeater, or if it's not quite technically one:

    B 87087087 [it's a $1 Series 2006]

    I wasn't sure if a repeater technically needs to be a 4 digit grouping that is repeated, like 12341234, or if the above counts.

    I'm keeping it anyway because it's cool, but I thought I'd ask the experts in fancy serial numbers for a ruling! Thanks :hammer:

    Yes - IMO it's a three digit repeater - it may also be desirable to someone born in 87. Nice find - I would keep it too!

    i would consider it a repeater, yes! i woud most certainly keep it.
