5c 1985 P DDR?

    1985 P Jefferson Nickel I found recently roll searching. Doubling shows on all devices but most prominently on ERICA of AMERICA and UNUM of EPU. No documented doubled die reverse variety for this denomination year and mintage, so I'm interested in what the analysis will be.

    Either machine doubling or die deterioration doubling.
