First off I'm new to all this. Been interested in coins for a long time. To the point i found a 1999 p dime and there seems to be a smaller 9 still visable slightly after the last 9 in 1999. Sorry if I dont make sence. But it looks to me like the date was restamped over a smaller date. Other parts of the coin are intresting as well.
Photos are needed anytime you ask a question. This should be pretty easy though. It is Die Deterioration Doubling.
Try to get the focus better. Use something the steady the camera. Thanks! it is hard to see from your picture what you are seeing in your hand. It is a good start but takes a little practice also try to crop the photo to the rims.
Slightly misaligned die and the photo is a little blurry. IMO it looks like Die Deterioration Doubling. (DDD).
