1997 One Cent Floating Roof ??

    I get that effect often but for me it is just bad lighting and worse tablet camera.

    The left hand support/connection is obviously there. The right is barely visible, but visible nonetheless.
    Abe, if there's any part of the roof support/connection visible, even if it's only one side, then it's not a floating roof.
    I don't think there's such a thing as a cantilevered roof.

    I concur.. Not a Floating Roof
    Cents from the late 1960's and early 1970's have the Floating Roof issue. But I understand what you mean. More faint than missing.
