    Hugh and I have discussed the fraudulent actions of Heritage, except I know when to "pull the plug" if they fail any legal step in the process of buying or selling. Their promises are occasionally not met, to their advantage. Some particulars have been previously posted in detail on this site to help others avoid entrapment efforts, but full details should remain undisclosed in an action until "Discovery" efforts are initiated.

    Don't accept their promises/facts at face value!
