Are Clashed 1918/7 SLQ's worth more? Or any other dates, that have them.

I've noticed that I have several clashed SLQ's which were not advertised that way when I bought them.

    For example:

My 1918S 8/7 is clashed, big time.... 1918S Die Clues.jpg

The item with a rectangle is a die chip, one way to tell if a lower grade SLQ without a full date is a 8/7 var. The rest are all die clashes, which almost all 1918-S( 8/7's) have.. I'm thinking that these might add even more value to this outstanding coin.

What do you guys know about this?

    Do people seek them out?

If you have any please post...

Well, as you said, almost all 1918/7-S's have them. I'd think that would kill the notion of "added value", except by making it easier to confirm the coin's legitimacy.

I read that somewhere all dates but five have a variety with die clashes on them.....I think that some dates are rarer to have a var. with them than without them. Normally I'd just grab my Cherry Pickers Guide and look for any, but I'm moving and it's packed away.

Personally I think an Over date carries a premium as a Variety.
