Odd 1974-D penny

    I have a older penny that is golden color also I'd like to day 1944 I'll see if I can find the album with it in it

    This coin feels lighter than a regular penny. It's a 1973 d. It's not magnetic, although i feel should double check on the edges of the penny.

    Ok has no one come up with an answer because now I have youlls penny now.Could it have come out of a set of some sort? Maybe what it was stored in. Mine looks practically new and is 3.12 g

    I just fund a gold yellow color 1974 D penny also in my change it looked way different then the other pennies and it seems lighter in weight ?

    'Seems' lighter in weight ? Do you have scales ? If not, that clue doesn't really help too much.

    Pics WOULD help, short of anything else definitive...
