1846 O tall date??

    Please help me. Is this Seated Liberty Half a 1846 0 tall date? I sure hope so, there is a lot of difference in the value!!

    Carl:
    The picture in Breen is pretty small, but -- sorry, no cigar.
    There appears to be much less space from the top of the 6 to the base.
    (but, don't get discouraged, I've been wrong before, just ask my wife.)

    I agree, it's a medium date. The tall date can be seen - 1846 Tall date

    Well darnit! I still like the coin anyway, but to have found out it was the tall date would have been a sweet surprise! Thanks for the input. :)
