There is an "ignore threads" button. Use it
There is an "ignore" button in case you haven't notice. You can easily use that as an option, you know. There is no reason to tell someone to "shut up" no matter how frustrated you are.

That is also why there are dies polish lines visible? An attempt to fix the die clash?

Don't thank me. I am just saying what's right. Good coin hunting. That's why we are here. Correct?

Correct, no need for any insults here. Could be worse, Meow could post lame PMD coins and questions all day. Meow has learned quite a bit since starting CRH last year due to forums such as this.

Not in my opinion. the polish lines don't seem to be there to wipe out the clash marks.

OK, Meow thought that might be a major reason for polish lines. There a some noticeable ones, why do you think they did that?

I also feel that was a slightly rude comment.
Bottom line though there is a give and take element to this conversation. The Cat in this instance is just expecting us to go along with what ever he posts. That's fine and dandy unless you are the student, If a person can't help to see the other side, ya know the one that gets you answers. Then they will stay a student of the elementary process much longer as those that answer his questions won't be there when the Cat really needs them.
Standing out is one thing but in this instance a little more assimilation is needed.

ok...Now you annoy me ALSO with 3rd person!!:):) Kidding. I don't care. I DO mind, but still I don't care. Meanwhile nobody bans YOU from posting PMD coins all day and posting amateur questions all day. Again the "ignore" button is there for a reason. For people to use it. Good hunting, once again!

    here's a question.
Did they polish the die before or after the clash ?

I haven't checked, but try to determine how they intersect/integrate with the die clash marks. Then that will give you the answer of which was done first.

After all, they may have polished the die, then accidentally clashed them as they were getting the minting going again. Who really knows ...

You make it sound bad; even though I believe you don't intend to. I'm here to learn from people who've been on this hobby for a while and can share their knowledge. Right? And I do feel honored and lucky getting experienced people's opinion. So if I am here for the bacon.... guess who is the pig...:shame::shame::shame: Just playing with words!!

Die polish Lines are more like die cleaning line. The operators of the coin presses have to meet certain quality guide lines. dies will get filled up with Debris and Gunk that needs to be removed. That stuff is what make most of the common/ minor error that have no value. Die lines are a really common thing. Die Clashes are not so common.

I have a Kitty, his name is Tebow. He is a long haired yellow and white Tabby.
He loves to play games, try's to entice me into his ways.
The bottom line is he knows who feeds him, Changes his litter box and provides a warm roof over his head.
He is a rescue, found in a barn at about three weeks old. The kitty could sit in the palm of my hand.
    Anyways
It's very possible that the clashed dies struck many an example before it was pulled for repair. In that instance polish lines wouldn't exist yet.
