Roosevelt Dimes

    I've got a question I'm confused about! Whats the difference between a 1955-D Roosevelt Dime MS66 FT (Full Torch) and a MS66 FB (Full Bands)?? Are they one and the same or are they 2 completely different animals?? Thanks!

    Not exactly, from what I understand is that NGC desginates the FULL TORCH as being the WHOLE torch not just the bands as PCGS does.
