Error prez dollar with lite 2007 shown

i got a 2007 circulated au + condition pres. john adams with only very lite 2007 date shown. the rest were flat with no other wording. i never collect error. but is this coin an error?. if so, how much does it worth?.

i also got some 124 prez bank rolls. from pres. washington to pres. jefferson. if the above is an error. i might force to open all bank roll to see any error on it.

Sounds like a missing edge letter error to me.

There are several for sale on eBay.

how much will be it?. this one i got is like au to au+. it only shown very lite date 2007 and with out mint mark and other wording.

 

Distance adjustment btween the edge die and te pressure roller was set wrong. Too much space between them. Minor but interesting error in my opiion.

There really are no "error coin prices". If someone want the coin they will pay to get it. If two people want the coin the price goes up. If no one wants to pay a premium it won't sell. There is no error coin price guide per say. Just supply and demand.

 

dang.. if it is needed that badly, just go to Ebay, and look at completed auctions. it will give a good estimate to your possible error type, if any.

since my lite error coin is not uncirculated. after few days, i forgot and use it with other circulated dollar coins. what a waste.

.......the only problem i have with prez bucks is the edge lettering, i firmly believe it is a huge blunder and will turn off many would be collectors in the future.

edge lettering on the prez dollars is the worst design of all u.s. coins. look at foreign edge lettering. they were magnificent and beautiful. but u.s. edge lettering is bad bad bad.....
