US Mint survey letter - Is it legitimate and what are the questions

I received a real mail letter today asking me to participate in a US Mint survey run by a company called NAXION.

Has anyone here received a similar letter or know about this survey?

Has anyone done this survey, and if so, what are the type of questions asked?

When I read the title, I thought you had acquired some original documents regarding land surveys for a US mint being built on that site. That would have been really cool.
