    The guy that didn't do well is the one that sent it in for grading. In the end, it is bullion.

    Example that you buy the coin, not the label. Bullion Eagles at the LCS were $18.75 today. The person that sold to the Pawn Shop had to sell if they bought first strike labels on bullion coins at $59 or $69 from Coin Vault or Mike M.
