Hi. I am still a newbie. I received this in change from the store. This penny has an outline of a mans head to the right of Lincoln's face. It looks alot like JFK to me. It appears to have some dark and silver discoloration on the front. On the back of the coin, it has that blueish rainbow affect when you tilt it up and down. To the right of the steps and below the word America there seems to be a smooth raised bump. Any information on this coin would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Good day to you,
    Patty

It is called a novelty item. The profile of Kennedy was counter punched into the Cent.
    Not a Mint Error.

It's a novelty coin. Mass produced by a third party. They made numerous designs. This is known as the Kennedy Looking at Lincoln.
