Rust or lamination error

    Hi found a 1990 d nickel, at first it looks like rust, but i look at it again, and i saw some doubling on the letters and on the obverse there seem to be like another head popping out from the coin. Please let know what you see from this coin.

    It's called Environmental Damage and it is nothing else.. Not a Mint Error nor Variety.
