found 1992 D in pocket change!

I found a 1992 D Lincoln cent in my pocket change and was wondering if it was worth anything more than .1?

Whatever or whoever led you to believe it has value? It's only worth a cent or 1/100th of a dollar. Nothing special no matter how you slice it.

This is interesting to me. I suppose the term “old coin” is relative and unique to everyone.

 

Actually he asked if the coin was worth more than $.1 so that makes it a dime in my book.

 

Read about close and wide AM's. If your 1992D is a close AM, you might have something there...

 

Wow, that was weird. I think us crazy coin collectors see what we want to see sometimes. I had it in my head when I opened this one that the title said 1922D.
